• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading from everyday use)
• Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or unauthorized repairs

If your jewelry needs attention within 2 years of purchase, simply contact us with your order number and photos. Our team will guide you through the replacement or repair process quickly and with care.
